Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you’d like to submit a claim for a refund or credit please include the following:

  • Copy of the delivery receipt
  • Photo of the damaged or unusable product.
  • A description of why you’re requesting a refund or credit. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund or credit request is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit.  

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
